Our offices have unobstructed views of the city, including DODGER STADIUM, THE HOLLYWOOD SIGN, THE GRIFFITH OBSERVATORY, STAPLES CENTER, L.A LIVE, the RITZ CARLTON, and other famous Los Angeles attractions, as well as a breathtaking view of the ocean. We are located two-blocks away from the 7th and Fig Plaza where all the entertainment and dining goes on. We are also in close proximity to the METRO station and all the major freeways, including the 10, the 110, and the 101. 


All of our offices are move-in ready with furnished or unfurnished options available. We provide 24/7 access to the space and there is 24/7 on-site security. Our staff is available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm to provide mail and reception services, answer and transfer phone calls, greet clients, etc. We have high speed internet access (1,000 MBPS) which works wired or wirelessly.
