Our new office at the corner of Bannister and Canvale Road which is adjacent to the Roe Highway, all part of a bustling business complex with a large range of cafes and shops.
We are also very lucky that Canning Vale is served by a range of buses linking the area to the Perth central business district, Murdoch University and to Cannington, Maddington or Thornlie stations. A train station is also being built at Nicholson and Ranford Roads respectively with the Nicholson Road train station being walking distance from our office offering just another simple way to access our services.
Which is why we started Canning Vale Serviced Offices, known to its tenants as CVSO, which has been operating in the Canning Vale area since January 2014.
The team that helped pull the whole business together from the beginning ‘til now, has been my amazing family.
They have been helping in every way possible to create a family business to give back to the community that has already given so much.
Originally based on the corner of Amherst and Warton Road but with a steady growing success, the community behind the CVSO team agreed it was time to relocate in 2018, a decision which would feel like a very long 8 months of researching and developing our new location on Bannister Road which the community calls home.
With the move to our new location gave us the chance to research more services which can help any small business need.
